Q: Why is my order cancelled?
A: If you do not complete your Bank Transfer within 48 hours, your order will automatically cancelled.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We currently offer bank transfer & credit card payment. If you chose Credit Card, your order will be automatically processed. If you chose Bank Transfer, your payment has to be confirmed within 48 hours. Please fill the payment confirmation form.
Q: How long does it take to send out my order?
A: Our team will complete the order as soon as possible. At the latest, we will send out the order in 2-3 days after the order has been placed.
Q: Why didn't I get the discount?
A: If you do not complete your Bank Transfer within our discounted period, your order will automatically cancelled or will not get discount.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you did not receive it, please fill in the ‘Contact Us’ Form. You can check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
Q: How long does it take to Pre Order (PO)?
A: Usually it takes up to 1 week to complete the order
